Our support and involvement does not stop at the end of your training. We will support you to apply to the Richmond Newly Qualified teachers Pool and then help you in finding the right school for you for your first job.

The Primary NQT Induction programme in Richmond is unique in that all NQTs are released from their teaching timetable every Wednesday afternoon during their first year of teaching to follow a Borough and personalised programme of further learning, reflection and practical support and advice. In your school you will have your own Induction Tutor to support you on a day to day basis.

Once you have successfully completed your NQT Induction year, we will continue to provide guidance, support and help as you progress in your career, including training to take on leadership roles in your second and third year of teaching and beyond.
